Welcome to FFC Player Development Programme

FFC Player Development Programme is an fun learning environment to help players become the best players they can be . The training and matches are used to educate the players both technically and tactically which is key in making that step up in the football development pyramid The unique selling point of the programme is the weekly feedback given to player / parent to ensure the messages are consistent and combined with videos to aid the visual learners. Each week the player will be given a super strength, an area of development and videos to aid both the tactical and technical side of their game. There is an element of jeopardy at FFC where match time is earned with a mindset of being coachable and the hardest working player at training or matchdays. I want FFC to mirror how competitive an pro academy environment would be and teaching the players how important taking responsibility for there own development is. This is a long term project so believe in the process, enjoy the challenge and may the hardest working player win.
